What are the shipping costs?

Can I ship directly to the Consumer’s home address?
Yes, we can deliver direct to the consumer. An additional £50 D2C fee will apply, this is in addition to any small order fees. Please read our D2C Delivery terms here for guidance on how these deliveries are offloaded, priced and general info
My delivery hasn’t arrived yet, how do I get an update?

My order has arrived damaged or with items missing, what should I do?
If you spot damages or missing items, please report this to the driver before they leave site, you will also need to mark this clearly on the delivery note paperwork or electronic terminal and take pictures of the damaged goods. Then you can submit the information to sales@kahrs.com and we will advise on next steps. Please report damages to the above email within 24 hours of receipt. Hidden damages (not visible at the point of delivery) can be reported up to 7 days after delivery.
